Target: Biceps BICEP BLAST!
Munoz (in black and white) starts off with wide grip standing curls. From 1-10, alternating by giving the bar to Rico. (for a total of 55 reps)
Rico (in White) who has the inside grip also repping 1-10 (for a total of 55 reps) alternating with Munoz.
Always remember to breath in the nose, and out the mouth.
Concentrate on your form, don't swing or use your back and focus on your biceps.
